The Virgin of Guadalupe has special meaning here in Santa Fe, not only with the large Catholic population but with New Agers also. These wonderful preprinted panels of the Virgin were perfect with the serape fabric I found for the sashing. This is a fun and colorful quilt that speaks volumes about the Mexican verve for color.

The quilting pattern is a stylized allover pattern in red variegated thread.

Quilt has two hanging sleeves, one on the top for hanging and one on the bottom for a weighted rod to keep the quilt hanging straight. Price includes both rods and a bag for storing the quilt in.
